- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and AI integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Proven track record of building scalable quantum systems (e.g., IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and 2026 roadmap targets
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
