Responsibilities
- Design quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world industrial problems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize system performance
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and implementation
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cybersecurity for quantum systems
