Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-correction architectures for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems in logistics, finance, and materials science
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical computing infrastructure through middleware development
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Establish security protocols for quantum networks including quantum key distribution (QKD) systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading quantum computing journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing environments
