Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving complex optimization and simulation problems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with research teams on quantum error correction protocols
- Define quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
- Present breakthrough architectures to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum machine learning (QML)
