Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms with classical computing systems to optimize computational efficiency
- Develop error correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum systems for real-world applications
- Collaborate with research institutions to advance quantum hardware capabilities and software frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum security protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for practical business applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals preferred
