Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography and machine learning
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Develop patents for novel quantum hardware interfaces and control systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum hardware architecture (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Strong background in complex system integration and scalability testing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts to commercial applications
