Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate fidelity improvements
- Translate quantum algorithms into deployable solutions for finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Author technical white papers on quantum advantage methodologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge frameworks
- Secure quantum-safe encryption standards for client implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years building quantum computing systems or algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conference presentations
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and computational advantage
