Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processors with >1000 logical qubits by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for blockchain and encryption
- Partner with quantum hardware manufacturers for component integration
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Active Q# or Python certification preferred
