- Establish quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Research and implement quantum networking technologies for distributed quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum control systems and measurement techniques
- Author technical documentation and publish research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel programming
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (preferred)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
