Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Conduct research on quantum machine learning and cryptography advancements
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum supremacy in high-stakes industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business strategy
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
