Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready quantum solutions
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum performance optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
