Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for 2026-era data networks
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and communication protocols
