Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum entanglement or decoherence
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or proprietary quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems from 10 to 1000+ qubits
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and quantum supremacy thresholds
- Certification in quantum cryptography (NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
