Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for fault-tolerant operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC systems
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype quantum solutions in cryptography and optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data infrastructure
- Document architectural blueprints and performance metrics for quantum systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong analytical skills for complex system optimization
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Quantum, Google Quantum AI) preferred
