Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Translate complex quantum theoretical models into deployable engineering solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning methodologies
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum hardware
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
