Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world business applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Conduct research in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Translate quantum computing requirements into technical specifications
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum hardware developments (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of leading technical projects from concept to deployment
