Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit connectivity and error correction protocols
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive research initiatives to achieve quantum advantage by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
