Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum systems operating at 100+ qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on cryogenic system integration and control
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Pioneer quantum cloud infrastructure for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing systems or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex projects
