Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop fault-tolerant architectures achieving 100+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip connectivity and error correction
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain infrastructure
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in quantum principles and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-corrected systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and simulation tools
- Published research in top quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
