Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead implementation of quantum error correction protocols for enterprise-grade systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Drive open-source quantum software initiatives and contribute to industry standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
