Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale computational challenges
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-secure cryptographic protocols
- Optimize qubit coherence times in cryogenic environments
- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Create quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Partner with hardware teams to design quantum control systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design

- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
