Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum algorithm implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic solutions
- Research emerging quantum phenomena and translate findings into practical applications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
