- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and drive open-source quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware design
