Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for real-world applications
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and scalability
- Collaborate with physicists to develop novel quantum hardware interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions
- Research emerging quantum technologies and publish industry-standard frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and cryptography
- Proven track record of leading technical projects in quantum domain
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
