Our Austin-based R&D center offers unparalleled resources, including access to quantum simulators and a 10,000 sq ft quantum fabrication lab.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation
- Architect quantum networking solutions for distributed quantum computing
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor quantum engineering talent through our 2026 Vision Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
