Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum software systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum complexity theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, group theory, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects in high-stakes environments
