Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 scalability milestones
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-level optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation strategies
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with academic institutions on next-generation quantum protocols
- Present quantum computing innovations to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
