Responsibilities

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Lead quantum security protocol development for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models into production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives for 1000+ qubit systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance simulation
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware design
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
