Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing workflows
- Stay ahead of quantum computing industry trends and emerging technologies
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware engineering
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Demonstrated experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
