- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times

- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (e.g., QIP, ACM)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
