Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions in financial and pharmaceutical sectors
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption systems
- Research quantum supremacy applications in machine learning and computational chemistry
- Document technical specifications and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical enterprise solutions
