Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients across finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Lead research initiatives in quantum algorithms and machine learning integration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance and connectivity
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cryptographic threats
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and algorithm design
- Proven track record of developing production-grade quantum systems or simulators
- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance networking
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical audiences
