Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing integration in enterprise environments
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or development
