Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead architectural blueprints for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical and materials science applications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our internal R&D accelerator
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
- Certification in quantum machine learning (e.g., IBM Qiskit Advocate)
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF quantum computing grants
