Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit designs for emerging qubit technologies
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise applications
- Pioneer hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Drive quantum education initiatives and mentor emerging quantum engineers
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
