Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve complex computational problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for near-term quantum advantage
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Document quantum system specifications and performance benchmarks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and contribute to open-source quantum projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and qubit physics
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
