Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for practical industry use cases
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration and performance
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve commercial-grade system reliability
- Research and implement cutting-edge quantum machine learning frameworks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation through internal hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum Experience)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
