Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead development of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into ML pipelines
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise applications
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Mentor researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
