Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Develop scalable quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Establish quantum security frameworks for 2026-era enterprise solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
