Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum computing solutions for Fortune 500 clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, software engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms achieving 10x computational speedups over classical systems
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week and Q2B
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Talent Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms
- Proven track record of delivering commercial quantum applications with measurable ROI
