Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen encryption systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing integration
- Drive innovation in quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Collaborate with international research institutions on quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of superconducting, trapped-ion, or photonic qubit technologies
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
