- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Present quantum roadmap strategies to C-suite executives and research partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and algorithm development
