Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, simulation, and AI acceleration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit coherence and error-correction specifications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Present architectural roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade quantum solutions in production environments
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage benchmarks and NISQ limitations
