Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for 2026 deployment
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with 1000+ qubit scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams across physics, engineering, and security domains
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and industry partnerships
- Pioneer quantum-safe blockchain protocols for financial systems
- Present findings at global quantum summits (Nature, IEEE Quantum)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with error correction protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science or top quantum conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Certification in quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST PQ standards)
- Experience securing $5M+ research budgets
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
