Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and algorithms for 2026-era applications in finance, healthcare, and AI
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks leveraging cloud-native infrastructure
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption across enterprise environments
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Pioneer novel approaches to quantum security and post-quantum cryptography
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum research and talent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced HPC system design
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum simulators
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, etc.)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Published research or patents in quantum computing or theoretical computer science
- Exceptional ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive stakeholders
