Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Develop error-correction protocols to stabilize quantum systems at scale
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects using Qiskit and Cirq
- Conduct research on quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for post-quantum security
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum algorithm design and optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Familiarity with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
