- Lead a team of 15 quantum researchers and engineers in developing error-corrected qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Pioneer quantum machine learning algorithms achieving 10x computational advantages
- Drive intellectual property strategy with 15+ patent applications annually
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq with production-level quantum algorithm implementation
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
