Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (IBM Quantum Experience, Cirq) and real quantum hardware
- Experience securing DARPA/NIST quantum computing grants
