Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in quantum computing with published superconducting qubit research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Track record of securing federal grants and industry partnerships
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience leading teams with quantum hardware integration
