- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Drive commercialization of quantum ML applications for finance/healthcare
- Mentor PhD candidates through quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum error correction protocols
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Experience with superconducting/photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
